REJINA PYO offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and undisturbed.
Label and Ship
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
